Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to accurate, on-time customer order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory to support daily warehouse operations.
- Assist with kitting, fulfillment programs, bulk orders, and special warehouse projects.
- Load and unload shipments as needed while following safe handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
- Work with warehouse leadership and team members to meet daily deadlines and quality expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Shift: Daytime hours.
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Pick, pack, kit, and prepare customer orders for accurate shipment.
- Receive, verify, and organize warehouse inventory.
- Support fulfillment programs, bulk orders, and daily warehouse deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or production operations experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous warehouse fulfillment, order picking, packing, kitting, or shipping experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production, operations, or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with inventory accuracy, bulk orders, and deadline-driven warehouse workflows.
