Job Overview:
Client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Field Distribution Associate to join their Supply Chain Operations team. This role is a combination of administrative and warehouse duties, with a primary focus on paperwork, tracking, and performance documentation, along with secondary floor and material handling tasks.
The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong reading and math skills, and the ability to complete daily and weekly performance tracking documentation accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, loading, and unloading.
• Complete and process all required paperwork accurately.
• Track and document daily and weekly performance data.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided).
• Move equipment and materials safely (up to 75 lbs; assist with wheeled equipment up to 700 lbs).
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (or 1 year with Ricoh).
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs as required.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to minor cuts, burns, and cleaning solvents.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
