A growing international shipping and logistics organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Oceanside, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or inventory professional who enjoys keeping operations organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.
The Warehouse Coordinator will play an important role in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders, and supporting smooth logistics operations. This position offers a stable weekday schedule, hands-on training, and the opportunity to gain valuable experience with a global logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to support efficient shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment activities.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying materials, documentation, and shipment accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, complete regular inventory audits, and track product movement using inventory management software.
- Process customer and internal orders to ensure timely fulfillment, staging, and delivery coordination.
- Generate reports, complete data entry, and maintain documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, or order discrepancies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct Hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
