Our client is a leading company in the adhesive industry, committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. They are looking for a dedicated and organized WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR to join their dynamic team.
As a Warehouse Coordinator for our client, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their warehouse. Your role will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. You will work closely with other departments to maintain accurate records and support the overall logistics process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
*Manage and maintain inventory levels
*Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
*Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
*Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
*Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes
*Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
*Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed
YOU ARE ALREADY GREAT AT THESE:
*High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
*Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics
*Strong organizational and time management skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in inventory management software
*Ability to lift and move heavy objects
*Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
