Position Overview
We’re seeking a safety-focused and experienced Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and yard operations. This role is essential to keeping materials moving efficiently and safely throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do
Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
Move palletized or crated goods to designated storage areas
Ensure loads are balanced, secure, and handled properly
Maintain accurate records of materials received and shipped
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
Perform daily forklift safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
Report equipment issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
Valid forklift certification (required)
1–2 years of forklift experience preferred
High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Outdoor facility with exposure to weather, dust, and noise
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion
Ability to safely operate machinery and identify materials accurately
