Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, organize, and store incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer or internal orders for shipment.
- Load, unload, move, and locate materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and verify quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
- Enter inventory, receiving, and shipment information into the computer system with accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Pick and pack outgoing shipments accurately.
- Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, cycle counts, and accurate documentation.
- 1 to 2 years of related warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or production operations experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift, load, and unload boxes (up to 50 pounds).
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required for some roles.
- Forklift experience or forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience with inventory records, cycle counts, and shipping documentation is helpful.
