Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling.
- Assist customers, vendors, and internal team members at the front counter in a professional and helpful manner.
- Inspect, organize, label, and store incoming materials accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, verify order details, and complete required shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Help support inventory accuracy through proper tracking, labeling, and documentation practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time hours.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material organization.
- Provide front counter support to customers and internal team members.
- Prepare shipments and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, tracking, and storage.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Customer service skills and a professional communication style.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Comfortable working occasional overtime as needed.
