We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Springville, UT. This on-site role is a great fit for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate who enjoys hands-on warehouse, inventory, and production support work in a structured operations environment.
The Warehouse Clerk will help keep materials, parts, orders, and shipments moving accurately through the facility. This position offers the opportunity to build practical experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, order pulling, shipping, receiving, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock materials and supply parts or inventory to production departments as needed.
- Pull sales orders, work orders, pick lists, and parts orders accurately based on requirements.
- Count, verify, receive, and check incoming inventory and shipments against packing lists, work orders, and bills of lading.
- Conduct inventory counts, complete inventory transactions, restock racks, and help maintain accurate queue reports.
- Package parts kits, apply proper labels, assemble boxes, build standard-sized crates, and prepare products for shipping.
- Move materials to machines and departments using pallet jacks, dollies, or by hand.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Springville, UT.
- Support daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and production operations.
- Pull, verify, package, label, and prepare orders and materials accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory areas and complete basic inventory transactions.
- Move parts, materials, and supplies safely throughout the facility.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable for candidates who are reliable and willing to learn.
- Ability to count, verify, and match materials against pick lists, packing lists, work orders, and bills of lading.
- Basic computer skills for inventory transactions, order lookup, and reporting.
- Ability to use pallet jacks, dollies, and basic warehouse handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, move materials, and stay active throughout the workday.
- Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, order pulling, or production support experience.
- Experience working with inventory systems, barcode scanning, or basic warehouse software.
- Familiarity with packaging, labeling, kitting, and preparing parts or products for shipment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, operations, security, surveillance, or electronics-related environment.
