We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of warehouse, packaging, fulfillment, or small parcel shipping experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
The Warehouse Clerk will support daily packaging, labeling, sorting, and order preparation activities, with a focus on accurate small parcel shipments, including Amazon-style packaging processes. Key Responsibilities
- Package products accurately according to order requirements, shipping standards, and customer expectations.
- Prepare small parcel shipments, including labeling, sorting, packing, and staging orders for shipment.
- Support Amazon-style packaging processes and ensure items are packed securely and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area throughout the shift.
- Assist with basic warehouse duties such as inventory handling, material movement, and order verification.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Package and prepare small parcel shipments for daily warehouse operations.
- Label, sort, stage, and verify outgoing orders for accuracy.
- Follow packaging instructions and maintain quality standards.
- Support general warehouse organization and workflow.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, packaging, fulfillment, assembly, or related experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon packaging, small parcel packaging, or similar shipping processes.
- Ability to stand, move, and perform hands-on warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented warehouse or production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, or production warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with shipping labels, packing slips, order verification, or parcel preparation.
- Previous experience supporting high-volume packaging or e-commerce order fulfillment.
