The Warehouse Clerk will help keep materials, parts, and shipments moving accurately through the facility. Key Responsibilities

- Stock materials and supply parts or inventory to production departments as needed.
- Pull sales orders, work orders, pick lists, and parts orders accurately based on requirements.
- Count, verify, receive, and check incoming inventory and shipments against packing lists, work orders, and bills of lading.
- Conduct inventory counts, complete inventory transactions, restock racks, and adjust queue reports for accuracy.
- Package parts kits, apply proper labels, assemble boxes, build standard-sized crates, and prepare products for shipping.
- Move materials to machines and departments using pallet jacks, dollies, or by hand.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Location: On-site in Springville, UT.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Pull and prepare sales orders, work orders, pick lists, and parts orders.
- Receive, count, verify, and organize inventory and warehouse materials.
- Support production departments by delivering materials and maintaining accurate inventory flow.
- Prepare shipments, packaging, labels, boxes, crates, and materials for outside processing.

- 0 to 2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or production support experience.
- Ability to read and interpret sales orders, work orders, pick lists, and verbal work instructions.
- Must be proficient using a computer and able to work with various computer applications.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be prepared to stand and be on your feet throughout the workday.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, and willingness to support changing job assignments.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and contribute to a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP or Cincom experience preferred.
- Previous experience with inventory transactions, counting scales, pallet jacks, shipping documentation, or production material handling is helpful.
