Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Lake Forest, CA. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional with forklift experience who enjoys organized, team-focused work in a production and operations environment.

The Warehouse Clerk will support daily warehouse activity by unloading shipments, moving inventory, verifying orders, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep the facility safe and efficient. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team with supportive warehouse leadership, consistent weekday hours, and the opportunity to be certified on forklift equipment after hire.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload materials and merchandise using a forklift and safely move products throughout the warehouse.
- Locate, organize, and move stock to pallets, crates, storage areas, or shipping locations.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and report discrepancies promptly.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and communicate issues as needed.
- Maintain updated inventory records, activity logs, and warehouse documentation.
- Support the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager with additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $21.00 per hour and up depending on experience. 
- Annualized salary: $45,760.00.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Work arrangement: In office, onsite warehouse role.
- Location: Lake Forest, CA.
- Start date: 8/26/2026.
