Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This role supports daily warehouse operations in a construction-related environment, helping ensure materials are accurately pulled, organized, documented, and ready for field crews.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify inventory records and confirm availability of items needed for outgoing materials.
- Pull materials from shelves and prepare packages for crews.
- Manually handle, repack, restack, and organize pallets and warehouse materials as needed.
- Operate a forklift as needed after completing required training.
- Complete warehouse documentation, forms, reports, and related activity records accurately.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while completing other duties as directed.
Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $37,440.00 to $38,000.00 per year.- Weekly Pay!

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support daily warehouse operations under the direction of the warehouse supervisor or lead.
- Pull, pack, organize, and stage materials for crews and outgoing orders.
- Verify inventory, document warehouse activity, and help maintain accurate records.
- Assist with forklift operation after training and support general warehouse cleanliness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or related logistics experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to operate a forklift after training.
- Basic math skills and the ability to learn product codes and warehouse terminology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow warehouse policies, procedures, and safety expectations.
- Good analytical skills and sound judgment related to inventory and material handling.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to stay until assigned tasks are completed.
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the day.
- Ability to repeatedly pull, push, carry, bend, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to work in heat and varying weather conditions in a warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, inventory control, construction materials, or a warehouse distribution environment.
- Prior forklift experience or forklift training.
