Position Overview:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for order processing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and assembly support to the Sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, and cycle counts
Process order entry, pull and pack orders, and coordinate shipping arrangements
Perform product assembly to support customer orders
Create sales orders and confirm deliveries with customers
Coordinate logistics and freight shipments
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks Enterprise
Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
Must have hands-on experience with shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and LTL freight
Must have prior assembly experience
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
