Responsibilities: Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping medical device products. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory guidelines for medical device handling. Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and packing slips. Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and recordkeeping. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports, update logs, and maintain documentation. Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to support smooth operations. Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Qualifications: Spanish speaking needed Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries. Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle documentation accurately and efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, reports). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Preferred: Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems. Experience working in a GMP/ISO-regulated environment.
