AppleOne is currently hiring for a Warehouse Associate position in West Chester, Ohio (45069) for one of our valued clients. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who are looking for long-term growth.

Position Details
-Job Title: Warehouse Associate
-Location: West Chester, OH 45069
-Schedule: Monday – Friday
-Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
-Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
-Duration: 6 Months | Temp-to-Hire
-Work Environment: Warehouse + Outdoor work environment

Job Responsibilities
-Load flatbed delivery trucks for next day deliveries
-Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
-Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
-Operate sit-down forklifts during daily warehouse operations
-Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety
-Support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed

Requirements
-High School Diploma or GED required
-1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
-Sit-down forklift experience is required
-Experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory preferred
-Ability to read and understand sales orders
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs
-Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and pulling for a full shift
-Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
-Stable work history with no more than 3 months gap in employment

-Product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
-Strong attention to safety and organization
-Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
