Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Idaho Falls, ID 83401
Duration: 3 months, Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for stocking and organizing materials, accurately pulling and staging orders, and ensuring materials are properly put away. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations through teamwork and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
-Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
-Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
-Support various warehouse operations, which may include tasks aligned with roles such as Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard
-Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate.

Must-Haves:
-High School Diploma or GED required
-At least 6 months of recent warehouse and sit-down forklift experience.
-Ability to read and understand work orders.
-A consistent work history with no more than 3-month gaps in employment. Longevity in previous roles is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.
-Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about materials and inventory.
Proven experience as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator.
