Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Shipping for a fast-paced production and operations environment in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse shipping experience, strong computer skills, and the accuracy needed to support inventory transactions, order fulfillment, and on-time shipments.

The Warehouse Associate - Shipping will play an important role in keeping products moving efficiently while maintaining accurate data in Microsoft Navision and the Business Central mobile app. 

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately update product receipt and shipping information in Microsoft Navision and the Business Central mobile app to support inventory accuracy and cycle count control.
- Prepare, stage, move, and ship products while maintaining accuracy with item numbers, quantities, lot information, and related shipping details.
- Occasionally operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after proper training to move materials and load or unload trucks.
- Communicate with management regarding any issues that may affect on-time or complete product shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse by sweeping, removing trash, breaking down cardboard, and supporting daily housekeeping tasks.
- Work in cold temperature environments and handle frozen gel ice packs as part of the shipping process.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch.
- May occasionally require overtime, evenings, and/or weekend work.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions in Microsoft Navision and the Business Central mobile app.
- Enter and verify warehouse data such as lot numbers, expiration dates, part or item numbers, and quantities.
- Support shipment preparation, warehouse organization, material movement, and daily operational flow.
- Communicate shipment issues, inventory concerns, and workflow updates to management in a timely manner.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 to 3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related operations experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong computer comfort level, including email, data entry, moving between screens, and working accurately in business systems.
- Ability to work in a cold temperature setting and handle frozen gel ice packs.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow procedures.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective listening skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and accurate.
- Strong adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and willingness to take on new tasks.
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment when handling warehouse and shipment-related situations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using an ERP system such as Microsoft Navision, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Experience with scanner-based warehouse management systems.
- Prior experience entering lot numbers, expiration dates, item numbers, and quantities with a high degree of accuracy.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience in a warehouse, shipping, or production environment.
