Shipping & Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, identify, and accurately store all incoming shipments in designated warehouse locations.
Coordinate and process international shipments in compliance with shipping and documentation requirements.
Operate a Bendi forklift and other warehouse equipment to safely move materials, stock inventory, and load/unload trucks.
Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting all products received and shipped using Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central mobile applications.
Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and other inventory control activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Process and organize sales returns while updating ERP and CRM systems accordingly.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy between system records and physical inventory locations.
Demonstrate working knowledge of Shipping & Receiving Level I and II responsibilities and provide support to team members as needed.
Assist with problem-solving, process improvements, and troubleshooting within the department.
Serve as a resource for less experienced team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency and experience with ERP systems preferred.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.


High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience.
Experience working with lot numbers, serial numbers, and inventory tracking systems.
