We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer for a full-time contract opportunity in Everett, WA. As a Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, verifying inventory details, and helping maintain a clean and safe work area. Key Responsibilities

- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to help ensure safe and accurate delivery to customers.
- Verify item quantities, product numbers, labels, and shipment information before orders are staged.
- Label, sort, and stage completed orders for shipping while supporting daily workflow goals.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing inventory, and reporting discrepancies when identified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Pick, pack, verify, label, sort, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Support receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and warehouse accuracy.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Follow safety procedures and keep assigned work areas clean and organized.

- 1-2 years of warehouse, picking, packing, order fulfillment, distribution, or production operations experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify item numbers, quantities, and shipping information accurately.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and productivity expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment environments.
