Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate II/III for a direct hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with active forklift certification, with UPS/Fedex/USPS/DHL experience, strong shipping and receiving experience, and a solid background in inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, pull, pack, and ship materials accurately and on schedule.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, item verification, and physical inventory support.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.
- Support team members and daily warehouse workflow as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 to $22 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday.
- Hours: 7:00 or 7:30 AM to 4:00 or 4:30 PM.
- Meal Break: 30 minutes.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Handle shipping, receiving, packing, pulling, and material movement in a warehouse environment.
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move inventory.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Support cycle counts, item verification, documentation, and shipment processing.
- Warehouse Associate II: Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
- Warehouse Associate III: Minimum 5+ years of warehouse experience in a warehouse execution environment.
- Active forklift certification required, including Class I, II, III, and IV equipment.
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and item verification.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in cold-temperature environments and handling frozen gel ice packs.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and safety awareness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
