We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to join OUR team in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and experienced with Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down forklifts.
This position involves order picking using an RF device, unboxing copiers, and removing packaging materials. The role requires consistent standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely; heavier items require a team lift.
Pay Rate: $17.45/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: 4925 New York Ave, Suite 101, Arlington, TX 76018
Dress Code: Warehouse attire

Responsibilities
• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following company safety policies
• Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using RF scanners
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and quality assurance inspections
• Inspect and prepare outbound freight to ensure accuracy and prevent damage
• Load and unload shipments (LTL, TL trailers, and vans)
• Perform forklift inspections and complete documentation as required
• Follow all standard work instructions and maintain compliance with company policies

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year of stand-up forklift operation (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down)
• Previous forklift certification preferred
• Experience using RF scanning equipment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow instructions efficiently
• Must be physically able to perform tasks requiring prolonged walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be a team player with a commitment to workplace safety and productivity
