Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate - Forklift Certified for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Kent, WA. This role is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional who enjoys staying active, supporting multiple areas of the operation, and taking pride in accurate, efficient work.

This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule in a busy distribution environment where teamwork, reliability, and initiative are valued. You will work with a supportive warehouse team and have the opportunity to build skill across receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, inventory organization, and forklift operation.

The right candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting priorities throughout the day while keeping quality and productivity on track.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, verify, stack, and organize incoming product while completing required receiving documentation.
- Pull, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for parcel, freight, and LTL shipment.
- Process customer returns, inspect items, repackage salable products, and return inventory to stock.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other standard warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized inventory areas and follow established safety, quality, and productivity procedures.
- Move between warehouse assignments as priorities change while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24 to $25 per hour.
- Annual salary range provided: $47,840 to $56,160 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Kent, WA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, returns processing, and inventory organization.
- Operate forklift and warehouse equipment to move, stage, and organize product.
- Prepare accurate customer orders and shipments while following warehouse procedures.
- Adjust priorities throughout the day to support changing workload and operational needs.

- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience.
- Current forklift certification or relevant forklift operating experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift 50 to 60 pounds and perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in SKUs, labels, documentation, and inventory placement.
- Ability to follow established processes, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Clear communication skills and strong attentive listening skills.
- Dependable work habits, strong follow-through, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain productive when assignments change.
- Positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working across multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with LTL shipping processes, parcel sorting, and freight preparation.
- Previous experience in a retail distribution or high-volume warehouse environment.
