Role: Warehouse Associate (TEMP) Pay: $19/hour Assignment: Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Support Location: 201 E Risinger Rd Fort Worth, TX 76140 Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do: • Receive shipments, verify items against shipping records, and inspect product condition • Gather, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to specifications • Record received and shipped materials using written and computerized documentation • Route materials, supplies, and equipment to stock or inspection areas • Assist customers at the counter and help process orders • Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing inventory, and unloading trucks • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts • Split time between customer service responsibilities and warehouse operations • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements: • Previous forklift experience REQUIRED• Forklift certification preferred • At least 1 year of related warehouse or shipping/receiving experience • Strong customer service skills • Comfortable using a computer and completing computerized documentation • Flexible and willing to assist in both warehouse and front-counter operations • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of standard shipping and receiving procedures • Basic reading, writing, and math skills • Effective verbal communication skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts • Valid driver's license with a good driving record may be required • Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs
