AppleOne has partnered with a company in Irvine needing a bilingual Spanish Warehouse Associate.

Hours: 7am – 3:30 pm (30 min lunch) Monday – Friday
*Different hours may be assigned depending on the shipping schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Verify shipped orders accurate.
• Prepare shipping documents by using our proprietary system.
• Prepare orders for shipment following established procedures for packaging, boxing, bundling, wrapping, and labeling.
• Inspect products upon arrival, document any signs of damage, and report issues to the supervisor.
• Verify receipt of purchased goods from suppliers and process paperwork according to established procedures.
• Work well with shipping team to complete orders on time.
• Follow Shipping Assistant Manager’s and Supervisors’ instructions.
• Help inventory preparation and actual count once a month (Usually Saturday).
• Efficiently work within a busy environment.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift and pallet jack
• English and Spanish bilingual

Work Environment:
• Work in the freezer and warehouse so temperature varies.
