We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Northampton, MA. This role supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with material handling, picking, packing, stocking, inventory accuracy, and general warehouse organization.

The Warehouse Associate will work closely with supervisors and team members to keep materials moving efficiently, safely, and accurately. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, picking, packing, stocking, and staging materials.
- Move products and materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
- Support multiple departments and warehouse work areas based on daily production and operational priorities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow proper material handling procedures.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse operating standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $20 to $20.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job type: 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire.
- Support warehouse receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and stocking activities.
- Move and organize materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and efficient inventory and storage areas.
- Assist different teams and departments as needed to support daily operations.
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, production, operations, or material handling experience.
- Experience using pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment.
- Ability to lift, move, load, unload, and organize materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace instructions.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work a consistent Monday to Friday day shift.
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support changing warehouse priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or operations environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes, material tracking, or stock rotation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse setting with shifting daily priorities.
- Forklift or additional powered industrial equipment experience is a plus.
