We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Taunton, MA. This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, accurate order fulfillment, and supporting efficient production and shipping operations.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will package, label, inspect, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment while helping maintain inventory accuracy and clean, organized work areas. This role offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, supportive supervision, clear procedures, and a team-oriented environment where accuracy, reliability, and positive teamwork are valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Package, label, pack, palletize, shrink-wrap, and steel strap finished products according to work orders or sales orders.
- Inspect materials for correct part numbers, quantities, accuracy, completeness, and shipment readiness.
- Maintain production records, batch and lot traceability, time documentation, and required shipping paperwork.
- Distribute received materials to proper areas and ensure packaging supplies are available at workstations.
- Perform cycle counts, support inventory accuracy, and complete QAD transactions using a computer.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area while following established departmental procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire, 3-month contract with possible extension or hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Overtime is required when necessary.
- Location: Taunton, MA.

- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production documentation.
- Complete cycle counts and inventory transactions using computer-based systems.
- Maintain accurate records, lot traceability, and clean, safe work areas.
- 3 to 5 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, production, or inventory experience.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, sales orders, packaging instructions, and departmental procedures.
- Basic computer skills for inventory transactions, shipping documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail when verifying part numbers, quantities, labels, and order accuracy.
- Ability to perform hands-on warehouse tasks, including packing, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and material handling.
- Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using QAD or similar inventory, ERP, or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to build forklift-related skills.
- Experience with cycle counting, lot traceability, shipping documentation, and finished goods preparation.
