We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory to support daily warehouse operations.
- Assist with kitting, fulfillment programs, bulk orders, and special warehouse projects.
- Load and unload shipments as needed while following safe handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
- Partner with warehouse leadership and team members to meet daily deadlines and quality expectations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Shift: Daytime hours.
- Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.

- Receive and organize inventory to support efficient warehouse workflow.
- Assist with kitting, fulfillment, bulk orders, and special warehouse projects.
- Support loading, unloading, and general warehouse organization.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, production, or operations experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory handling, kitting, or shipping and receiving.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse operations environment.
- Ability to work overtime during peak seasons when needed.
- Interest in a temp-to-hire role with long-term growth potential.
