We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Irving, TX. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse experience who enjoys order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and working in a clean, climate-controlled production and operations environment.
The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by picking and filling orders, using an RF hand scanner, assisting with inventory counts, and handling packages with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, fill, and prepare customer orders accurately using part numbers, lot numbers, and warehouse documentation.
- Use an RF hand scanner to support order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and warehouse accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with shipping and receiving-related warehouse tasks.
- Handle, package, move, and organize products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and meet performance, quality, and attendance standards.
- Communicate professionally and collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19.49 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.
- Location: 100% on site in Irving, TX.
- Work Environment: Climate-controlled warehouse.
- Perform order fulfillment, picking, packing, and warehouse product handling.
- Use RF hand scanners to support inventory accuracy and order processing.
- Assist with inventory counts, shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain accuracy with part numbers and lot numbers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred, with knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Experience as an order puller or in a similar warehouse associate role.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch as required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to meet and sustain performance, quality, safety, and attendance standards.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience is a plus, but forklift operation is not required for this position.
