We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Bethlehem, PA. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of warehouse, production, shipping, or distribution experience who enjoy active, hands-on work in a fast-paced operations environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse activity by loading and unloading shipments, picking orders, preparing products for shipment, and helping maintain a safe and organized work area. This opportunity offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, early shift hours, and the potential to grow into a long-term position with a team-focused operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks and shipments safely and efficiently.
- Pick, prepare, and stage customer orders on the warehouse floor.
- Wrap and secure products using shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed and when qualified.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures, quality standards, and written or verbal instructions.
- Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily production and shipping goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Assignment type: Temp to perm.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, production, or related experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform extended standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and safely handle heavy equipment.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to safety, reliability, teamwork, and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
