Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a temporary opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, production, material handling, inventory, or document processing experience who enjoys hands-on work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse and production operations, including sorting, staging, moving materials, tracking inventory, preparing documents, and assisting with client pickups and deliveries. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a professional team environment, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in warehouse operations, logistics support, document handling, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment, with training provided as needed.
- Prepare, sort, box, stage, move, and organize client documents and warehouse materials.
- Maintain accurate document tracking, inventory records, logs, forms, and chain-of-custody procedures.
- Perform client pickups and deliveries in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
- Follow all safety, quality, security, and confidentiality procedures while working in a fast-paced production setting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and management to support smooth daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Lawrenceville, GA.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support warehouse production activities, including sorting, staging, boxing, moving, and preparing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking, documentation, logs, and chain-of-custody records.
- Assist with client pickups, deliveries, and professional customer interactions.
- Operate or train to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related material-handling equipment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse, production, logistics, material handling, or operations experience required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Basic computer, keyboarding, and ten-key skills required.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes and materials safely throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work actively for extended periods in a warehouse or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving ability, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, customer-service-oriented approach when working with clients and team members.
- Ability to travel to client locations, including occasional out-of-state assignments, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred.
- Previous experience handling confidential documents, records, inventory, or chain-of-custody processes preferred.
- Experience in warehouse operations, document preparation, production support, shipping and receiving, logistics, or client service support preferred.
