We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate for a full-time temporary contract opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports supply chain operations in a fast-paced returns processing warehouse environment, with a focus on accuracy, productivity, teamwork, and safe material handling.
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for processing returned printer parts, moving inventory, supporting shipping and receiving tasks, and helping maintain a clean, efficient warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Use RF scanners to accurately identify, log, and process customer-returned printer parts in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Pull, lift, move, and organize boxes and equipment using standard mechanical carts and proper safety practices.
- Support order picking, stocking, truck loading, and unloading based on daily operational needs.
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow OSHA guidelines, equipment safety procedures, and site cleanliness standards.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to keep materials flowing efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $16.50 to $16.78 per hour.
- Job Type: Full-time, temporary contract.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Breaks: Paid break every 2 hours, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Work Location: Nashville, TN 37207.
- No weekend schedule listed.

- Process returned inventory using RF scanning equipment.
- Perform heavy material handling, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and organizing warehouse items.
- Support order picking, stocking, loading, unloading, and general warehouse operations.
- Maintain production pace, accuracy, safety, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required, or 1 year of experience in a similar internal warehouse environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously on concrete floors throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and maneuver items weighing 50 to 75 lbs, and up to 100 lbs as needed.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, squat, and kneel frequently during the shift.
- Experience using RF scanners or similar warehouse tracking tools preferred.
- Strong English reading and verbal communication skills for documentation and work instructions.
- Basic math skills and clear handwriting required.
- Strong manual dexterity with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow direct supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse with temperature changes, continuous activity, and industrial noise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in returns processing, supply chain operations, shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory control.
- Experience working in a high-throughput warehouse or production operations environment.
- Familiarity with printer parts, electronics components, or similar returned equipment.
- Strong track record of meeting warehouse productivity and quality standards.
