\Position Summary
The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role includes inventory verification, cycle counting, and safe operation of warehouse equipment. Candidates will be placed at Level II or Level III based on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including verifying incoming and outgoing materials
Accurately track and record lot numbers and serial numbers for all shipments
Perform item verification to ensure product accuracy and quality standards
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory control processes
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move materials within the warehouse
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) for reporting and communication
Qualifications
Knowledge of lot and serial number tracking in a warehouse environment
Proficiency in item verification and cycle counting
Certified forklift operator (Class I, II, III, and IV – sit-down and stand-up equipment)
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
