Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Loading & Unloading

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, accurately moving product throughout the warehouse, and maintaining productivity standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume warehouse operations, using RF scanners and warehouse management systems, and safely operating material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely.
• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and move products within the warehouse.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and performance goals.
• Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or other inventory tracking tools.
• Verify product quantities, labels, and shipment information for accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly and minimize errors.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Work effectively during peak periods, overtime, and high-volume production demands.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure operational goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, loading/unloading, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience required.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment with measurable productivity expectations.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or similar inventory tracking technology.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain productivity during extended shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience meeting pick-rate, production-rate, or throughput goals.
• Experience with quality audits, inventory accuracy programs, or shipping verification processes.
• Forklift certification or prior equipment operation experience.
• Proven history of maintaining productivity and accuracy in high-volume warehouse operations.
