Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will focus on packing and preparing outgoing shipments, using basic shipping software, printing labels, securing boxes, and moving packages through the shipping process. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, supportive supervision, and the opportunity to demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and strong work ethic in a team-focused warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Process, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments at warehouse shipping stations.
- Use basic shipping software to generate and print accurate shipping labels.
- Fill boxes with protective packing materials, seal packages, and stage them for conveyor transport.
- Assist with loading trucks and moving packages through the shipping workflow as needed.
- Perform occasional order picking and support general warehouse operations.
- Follow safety procedures while maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $16.50 to $16.78 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Employment type: Contract, temp-to-perm opportunity.
- Location: Nashville, TN.
