Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Arlington, TX. This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for someone with strong manual labor experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced production and operations environment.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by unboxing copiers, moving equipment, handling materials, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, loading, and unloading tasks. This position is labor intensive and requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting throughout the entire workday.

Key Responsibilities

- Unbox copiers, push equipment, and move warehouse products safely and efficiently.
- Perform general warehouse duties including shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading, and unloading trucks.
- Follow instructions from the warehouse supervisor or team lead to complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the workday.
- Adhere to OSHA requirements and safe work practices when handling equipment, materials, solvents, cleaners, and warehouse tools.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and support team productivity and quality goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: 4925 New York Ave Suite 101, Arlington, TX 76018.
- Shift: 6 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Free parking is available.
- Dress code: Warehouse attire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Unbox, move, and stage copiers and warehouse equipment in a safe and timely manner.
- Support shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, material handling, loading, and unloading activities.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Follow supervisor and team lead instructions to complete assigned work within established timelines.

- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, squat, and kneel for extended periods during the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, with team lift required for items over 50 pounds and machine assistance available for heavy lifting.
- Ability to move wheeled objects that may weigh up to 700 pounds.
- Adequate reading and math skills, with the ability to write legibly and complete paperwork accurately.
- Ability to listen to direction, manage time, work at a rapid pace, and meet assigned deadlines.
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with normal temperature, noise, lighting, and ventilation conditions.
- Willingness to follow OSHA safety requirements and complete required safety training.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment as needed.
- Comfortable working around conditions that may involve minor cuts, burns, chemical solvents, and cleaners.
- No driving is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a warehouse, production, operations, shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, or material handling role.
- Experience handling high-value equipment or working in a quality-focused warehouse environment.
- Prior experience operating powered or non-powered material handling equipment.
