Job Title: Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $19.80/hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
COVID Requirement: None

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping used office equipment. This role requires strong experience operating a stand-up reach truck and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment handling heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation
Operate stand-up reach truck and other material handling equipment
Work in confined warehouse spaces handling inventory safely

Warehouse Operations
Receive, unload, and document incoming freight
Stock inventory in assigned bin locations
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks and containers (including second deck builds)

Inventory & Documentation
Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
Ensure all paperwork is completed properly

General Duties
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Follow all OSHA safety standards
Meet productivity and quality expectations
Support team operations and complete assigned tasks

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1+ year experience operating a stand-up reach truck (required)
Previous warehouse or material handling experience
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong English reading and communication skills

Preferred
2+ years of warehouse experience
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs as needed)
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
Ability to move heavy equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs)

Work Environment
Warehouse setting with moderate noise and varying conditions
Exposure to minor hazards (cuts, burns, cleaning chemicals)
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
