Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Packing & Shipping)
Location: 3438 Briley Park Blvd Suite 3444
Pay Rate: $16.50 – $16.78/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily packing and shipping operations. This role involves processing boxes, preparing shipments, and assisting with loading trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Packing & Shipping
Process boxes at designated workstations using shipping software
Pack items securely with protective materials
Print labels, seal boxes, and route shipments via conveyor system
Warehouse Operations
Assist with loading trucks and staging shipments
Perform order picking from warehouse floor as needed
Use hand carts to move materials (no heavy equipment required)
General Duties
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete shipping documentation and manifests accurately
Follow all OSHA safety guidelines
Meet productivity and quality standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
Strong English reading and communication skills
Basic math and documentation skills
Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
Preferred
Experience in picking, packing, or shipping
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with moderate noise levels
Exposure to minor hazards (cuts, scrapes, cleaning chemicals)
Physically demanding and labor-intensive role
