Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. You will be responsible for operating forklifts and material handling equipment, including stand-up reach trucks, to safely and efficiently move inventory throughout the warehouse. Duties include receiving, unloading, stocking, and organizing incoming freight, as well as pulling, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Pay rate: $19.80/hr
Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including stand-up reach trucks)
• Receive, unload, stock, and organize incoming freight and inventory
• Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation
• Assist with shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks
• Perform inventory counts and ensure proper stock placement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and quality goals
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience (2+ years preferred)
• Experience operating Stand-Up Reach Truck required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and move heavy equipment
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, kneeling, and stooping
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
