Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. You will handle loading/unloading of trailers with copy machines, organize and maintain the warehouse, assist drivers at customer sites, and support shipping and receiving of used office equipment. Overtime may be required.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities:
• Load and unload trailers with copy machines and equipment.
• Break down trash and maintain warehouse organization.
• Assist drivers at customer sites with unloading and equipment setup.
• Receive, stock, and ship used office equipment.
• Document inventory and relevant marketing information.
• Prepare and pull sales orders for shipment.
• Assist with physical inventory and container loading (including building second decks).
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move large copiers.
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods, including frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.
• Ability to work in confined spaces with heavy equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Adaptable, eager to learn, and hardworking.
