The Mission
Your mission is to provide our customers with superior service through fast and accurate order preparation, meticulous inventory maintenance, and efficient product shipments. You are a critical piece of our success, ensuring the "engine" of our delivery remains flawless.
Core Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
Safely load and unload shipments using a forklift and pallet jack.
Execute picking, preparing, and shipping procedures with 100% accuracy.
Secure competitive freight, parcel, and courier shipment quotes.
Utilize shipping software to generate labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Coordinate and schedule pickups with our various shipping providers.
Inventory & Product Management
Conduct monthly inventory counts and assist in resolving any variances.
Maintain a highly organized warehouse for all stocked materials.
Manage product rotation using lot numbers and/or First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods.
Assemble, build, and box various products for shipment.
Facility Upkeep & Professional Growth
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment from top to bottom.
Actively participate in company meetings and provide constructive solutions to operational challenges.
What We Are Looking For
To excel in this role, you should naturally align with our core values of honesty and integrity. We need someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and a proactive communicator.
The Essentials:
Experience: 3+ years of warehouse experience.
Certifications: You must have (or be able to maintain) a Hazardous Shipping Certificate and a Forklift Driving Certification.
Physical Ability: Ability to comfortably lift or move products weighing 50–70 lbs.
Education: High school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
