We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate II/III to join our Shipping Department. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely shipments, and supporting overall warehouse execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cycle counting, inventory bin/lot management, receiving, and sales returns.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of lot numbers and serial numbers for shipping
Level II: Minimum 3 years of shipping/receiving experience
Level III: Minimum 5+ years of warehouse execution experience
Certified forklift operator (Class I, II, III, & IV sit down/standup)
Proficient in item verification and cycle counting
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Accurately update product transactions in Microsoft Navision/BC mobile app for inventory and cycle count control
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely to move, load, and unload items
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment (sweeping, trash removal, cardboard disposal, etc.)
- Support shipping/receiving operations with urgency and accuracy
- Ensure all orders are shipped using FIFO (First In, First Out) and meet FedEx/UPS/International deadlines
- Use handheld devices/tablets to scan items and perform cycle counts
- Receive, identify, and store incoming shipments; handle international shipments
- Organize and process Sales Returns, updating ERP/CRM systems
- Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, cross-train across levels, and assist with troubleshooting
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work in cold temperature settings and handle frozen gel ice packs
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with internal and external customers
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment; willingness to take on new tasks
