Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Loader to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role involves loading equipment, order processing, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and able to follow instructions while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Loading & Shipping
Load equipment into 48-ft and 53-ft trailers using truck pads, straps, and load bars
Secure shipments to ensure safe transportation
Prepare and finalize shipments for internal and external customers
Palletize and stage products for shipping
Receiving & Inventory
Unload incoming freight and inspect for quality and accuracy
Verify and complete all receiving documentation
Report discrepancies to supervisors
Stock and store products in assigned warehouse locations
Order Processing
Pick and pull orders accurately based on order details
Unbox equipment, remove packaging materials, and prepare items for shipment
Secure lock-down brackets and ensure order accuracy
Use warehouse systems/software to track and process orders
Equipment Operation
Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
Follow all OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (or 1 year of relevant company experience)
Forklift certification required
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation required

Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to push/pull equipment and materials
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
Work Environment
Warehouse setting with standard lighting, noise, and temperature conditions
Exposure to cleaning agents, solvents, and minor physical hazards
Physically demanding role requiring continuous movement
Additional Information
Training provided by team lead
Overtime and flexible hours may be required
