Position Details
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Warehouse environment (non-climate controlled)
Physically demanding role requiring standing for entire shift

No open-toe or open-heel shoes (no Crocs)
No cut-off T-shirts, tank tops, or halter tops
No cut-off jeans or clothing with holes
No clothing with offensive or profane graphics

Job Overview
Perform assigned warehouse duties safely and accurately
Accurately select products from warehouse locations
Load outbound trailers
Perform additional duties as assigned
Lift up to 50 lbs independently (assistance provided for heavier items)

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (or 1 year with company)
Experience in picking, packing, and floor loading trailers
Adequate reading, math, and writing skills
Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, reach for extended periods
Lift up to 100 lbs
Move wheeled equipment up to 700 lbs
Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling
Exposure to minor cuts, burns, solvents, and cleaners

Responsibilities
Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, and material handling
Load and unload trucks
Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment (training provided)
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Complete and process all required paperwork accurately
Meet productivity and quality standards
Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations
Handle equipment valued from $1 to $150,000
Work at a rapid pace to meet deadlines
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
Perform other duties as assigned
