Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Erlanger, KY
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our client services team. This role involves lifting over 50 lbs, individually or with a team, operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), data entry, and managing inventory in warehouse systems. Flexibility and willingness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations are essential.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $19/hr

Responsibilities:
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse and forklift experience.
• Ability to read and understand packing lists.
• At least 3 months of experience with email, Word, and Excel.
• Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management.
• Product knowledge or quick learning ability.
• Experience operating forklifts and RF/Bluetooth scanners.
• Physically able to stand, twist, bend, and work overhead throughout the shift.
