Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Contract: Temp to Perm
Location: Geismar, LA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our client services team. This role involves receiving, processing, and stocking inventory, as well as preparing orders for shipment. The position requires safe operation of forklifts and order pickers, computer use, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Pay rate: $22/hr

Responsibilities:
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
• Operate forklifts and order pickers safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse

Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months recent warehouse experience with sit-down forklift operation
• Minimum 6 months computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Experience in warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge
• Forklift operator certification or experience
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Lift, bend, twist, stand, and pull throughout an 8-hour shift
• Read and understand work orders
