We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team across multiple shifts. This is a 100% onsite role supporting day to day plant and warehouse operations, with a focus on seed treatment, packaging, equipment operation, and maintaining accuracy throughout the production process.
Pay Rates:
• 1st Shift: $19.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: $20.00/hr (includes $1.00 shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: $20.50/hr (includes $1.50 shift differential)
Shift Schedules (19 total openings):
•1st Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm): 7 openings
• 2nd Shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm): 7 openings
• 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:30am): 5 openings
Important Notes:
• Additional medical clearances are required in addition to drug screening.
• Candidates must be flexible to stay past their scheduled shift when needed to complete work.

Position Objective
This position supports the full operational flow of seed processing—from treatment to packaging by seed count. Responsibilities include operating manual and automated equipment, monitoring bag appearance, maintaining accuracy of seed counts and weights, and assisting in general equipment upkeep.

Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
________________________________________
Required Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
o Manufacturing
o Seed production/conditioning
o Ginning
o Farm or mechanical experience
Strong understanding of OSHA LOTO, Confined Space Entry, and general safety protocols
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to assist with equipment repairs
• Team oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and handle 50 lb bags
• Experience working in a fast paced production environment

Primary Responsibilities
• Participate in daily seed count, bagging, and treatment operations
•Operate and manage automatic seed sampling equipment for accurate lot samples
• Assist with seed counts and QA sample collection
• Enter plant monitoring data for treating and packaging areas
• Monitor packaging quality (bag printing, placards, barcodes, wrapping, etc.)
• Observe the treatment process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with repairs of bag placers, baggers, treaters, and palletizers
• Help with cleanup during variety changes
•Support carryover season tasks including sorting and inventory counts
• Assist with carryover blending by seed count
• Participate in chemical and bag inventory reviews
• Adhere to safety requirements in treating, bagging, and seed count areas
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
