**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Kansas City, MO (Multiple Shifts Available)

**Job Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time

**About the Role:**
We are seeking motivated and reliable **Warehouse Associates** to join our fast-paced distribution team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and delivering products efficiently to meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Maintain organized and clean warehouse work areas
* Operate material handling equipment (forklift training provided, if applicable)
* Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
* Assist with inventory counts and reporting as needed

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
* Previous warehouse or distribution experience a plus, but not required
* Flexible to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends
