About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Camarillo. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with proven shipping experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Perform shipping and receiving duties, including processing, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment
Utilize ship methods such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL
Pick and stage orders (note: 20% of this role involves working in a freezer environment)
Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments
Operate warehouse equipment and hand-held scanners (preferred)
Assist with general warehouse tasks including inventory control and organization
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in shipping
Knowledge of shipping carriers and methods (FedEx/UPS/USPS/DHL)
Computer literacy required; hand-held scanner experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
