As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in receiving, storing, and distributing products accurately and efficiently—making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Key Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts—if certified)
Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling and documentation
Perform quality checks to ensure orders meet company standards
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
Support team members and adapt to shifting daily priorities
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
Experience using warehouse management systems a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills; ability to learn internal systems quickly
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must live within commuting distance of Irving, TX
Consistent work history (minimum 1-year tenure at each of the last 3 employers preferred)
