Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate II to join their receiving department. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of receiving experience, strong vendor interaction skills, prior experience matching purchase orders, and forklift operation proficiency.

Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties including packaging ice, pulling orders, and supporting shipping and receiving operations
Accurately update product information in Microsoft Navision software/BC mobile app for inventory control
Ensure all orders are processed using FIFO (First In, First Out) and meet FedEx, UPS, and international shipping deadlines
Use handheld devices or tablets for scanning, picking, and cycle counting products
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (as trained) to move items and load/unload trucks
Maintain compliance with safety standards and work in cold temperature settings
Handle frozen gel ice packs as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of receiving experience (must be reflected on resume)
Experience working with vendors and matching purchase orders
Forklift experience required
Minimum 1 year of shipping experience in a warehouse environment
Computer literate; handheld scanner experience preferred
Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping processes preferred
